Porter + Pass guarantees you will be satisfied with every product we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason simply contact us within 30 days. No items will be accepted for return after 30 days from the ship date including any manufacturing defect. Returns must be unworn and undamaged — a quick try-on is cool, a full shift is less cool. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
